Your account details (name, email), the profile and preferences you set (niche, industry, experience level, locations, employment type, salary expectations), the documents you upload (CV, cover letter, portfolio, supporting documents), and the applications and activity the platform generates on your behalf.
To match you against new postings, to prepare a tailored application from your own CV, profile and the posting itself, and to show you your own match, application and notification history. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Preparing a tailored application or reading a document sometimes means sending the relevant text to an AI provider (depending on your account's configuration, this may be Anthropic, OpenAI, or DeepSeek). Only what's needed for that specific task is sent — never your full document history at once, and never your account credentials.
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you do, Qavro asks Google for one permission, to send email as you, plus your email address so we know which account is connected. We use it only to send an application you have reviewed and chosen to send, to the address you confirmed, with the documents shown on that application. We can't read, search or delete anything in your mailbox. Access tokens are stored encrypted, are never shared, and are deleted when you disconnect in Settings or close your account; you can also remove access from your Google account at any time. Qavro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can see everything the platform holds about you from your own account. An administrator can access it to operate and support the platform, and to investigate abuse or a support request. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your documents and application history stay until you remove them. You can delete individual documents from the Documents page at any time, and delete your account entirely from Settings — account deletion removes your profile and stops the platform acting on your behalf.
You control how much automation runs on your behalf from Settings → Automation, and you can review, edit, or withdraw any prepared application before it's sent.
